Now let’s get a final workout in for 2011 – a real fat burner!

These are the first actual workouts from the Turbo Transformation program which got the amazing results you’ve already seen.

The first should take around 30-35 minutes.

The second should take around 15-20 minutes including warm up.

So you can see the results don’t come from selling your soul to the gym or treadmill.

You work hard. You get the job done. That’s how get great results!

As with the nutrition, you don’t need to do much thinking.

As a member of the secret TT group upon registration, you will have access to the videos for the exercises but until then if you are unsure, ask a good trainer who can coach you through the exercise with great technique and range of motion.

Ideally you should perform Session 1 at the start of the day and Session 2 at the end of the day.

It’s always best to perform resistance training when you are fresher as more technique is required for safety.

Session 1

Work on 3 seconds down and 1 second up on all exercises except cardio based exercises such as skipping, which should be as fast as possible!

You should struggle to finish the last few reps of each set but can do so with good technique – adjust weights accordingly.

A1: Squats                                                               12 reps or 45 seconds

A2: Shoulder press                                                  12 reps or 45 seconds

A3: Skipping or mountain climber                            60 secs

Complete 3 sets of each exercise in a circuit with no rest between exercises.

 

B1: Bulgarian split squat                                     12 reps on each side or 45 seconds

B2: Push up                                                        12 reps or 45 seconds

B3: Skipping or mountain climber                        60 secs

Complete 3 sets of each exercise in a circuit with no rest between exercises.

 

C1: Plank                                                                  Max hold

C2: Rev ab curl                                                        10-15

 

Session 2

Cardio intervals       (Row, run, bike – preferably outside)                                               

1 minute hard

2 minute moderate recovery           

Complete 5 rounds
