Will I feel bad on the diet?

Well it’s not really a diet! It’s a learning experience about healthy eating.

You may feel a little worse for 3-5 days depending how toxic you are at first but after the initial detox (which you my handle perfectly well), you can expect your energy levels to soar along with improved sleep.

Will I put the weight back on?

That depends if you eat like an idiot afterwards!

Some of the triallists actually carried on for afterwards to get even better results. That’s the beauty of it – you learn so much you can do it on your own afterwards!

We will point you in the right direction to maintain your results afterwards.

Do I have to starve myself?

No! I love food and hate starvation diets.

The key is the quality of the food not the quantity. When you eat properly your body adjusts and you will know when you’ve had enough or not enough.

Forget calories in and calories out and just get healthy and in control of your mind and body!

What do I have to eat?

The good foods nature has provided!

Do I need gym membership?

You will get the best results by training with weights which you can increase at various intervals.

You can however, train at home so long as you have a couple of kettlebells or adjustable dumbbells.

Can I do my own exercise program?

No! Don’t mess with the plan. It works so why change it.

Do I need to spend lots on supplements?

You will need certain health based supplements which will vary depending what quality you wish to buy.

These aren’t essential but make a huge difference.

Is it safe?

Improving your health, reducing body fat and increasing your strength and stamina will ever be a bad thing.

What do I do afterwards?

Decide what you want to do with your new energy and body.

Then follow the next level or maintenance program.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes very much so. You can make the sessions as hard or easy as is appropriate to your fitness and skill levels.

The secret is in the right intensity not making it complicated with fancy exercises.

Is it for men and women?

Yes the system has been proven on men and women from about 18 to 60.

What if I have allergies?

You should always seek medical clearance from your GP if you are in any doubt about starting ANY new nutrition or training plan.

The nutrition is however designed to eliminate the most common allergens in typical diets.

Is it for vegetarians?

At this stage we don’t have a strictly vegetarian plan. You can do it on eggs and fish alone however with no meat but we can’t guarantee the same results.

Will I put on muscle?

The Turbo Transformation is designed to elicit fast fat loss so it’s not a muscle building program.

However, depending on your fitness levels, you are likely to add a little lean muscle giving you a more toned, defined appearance.

Can I drink alcohol in the 21 days?

No – stay off it for 21 days and get the phenomenal results you deserve. Don’t self-sabotage!
