Here’s How It Works

NEXT TURBO TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY 21st May

1) We start the 21 Day Turbo Transformation Challenge on set dates.

This is so that you start with the rest of the group and support each other on those days when you want to grab a cookie!

2) After registration you will be sent to a private Facebook group where you will find preparation documents, shopping lists and links to exercise videos then you will receive daily workout tasks.

Just watch the exercise videos then perform the required sets and reps - make sure you don’t have more rest than instructed either…!

3) You will also be told what to eat the next day and when to eat it.

4) Past ‘Transformers’ have said this was PERFECT for taking the stress and worry out of dieting. You just do what you’re told so you don’t have to think about anything!

Erm….that’s how easy it is. You just carry out the daily tasks for 21 days and watch the results appear before your eyes.

What You Will Need

The program is designed so that you can complete training at home or in the gym.

It is more effective in the gym because you can adjust weights much more easily, however if you train at home you should get yourself…

…a skipping rope (not vital but preferable)

…a set of adjustable dumbbells (and not just really light weights!) OR

…2-3 kettlebells for different exercises. You should be able to lift one of your kettlebells overhead and the others should be sufficiently heavy to challenge your legs.

***Other equipment such as treadmill and/or Concept 2 rowing machine can be used for cardio work but are not essential***
